About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own end‑to‑end product strategy, development, and execution to deliver impactful solutions that drive business growth and customer value. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, translate user insights into actionable plans, and lead through ambiguity while staying abreast of emerging technologies such as AI to differentiate our products.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with overall company goals.
* Conduct in‑depth exploration to assess and identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
* Gather, analyze, and synthesize user feedback and data to continuously improve the product and user experience.
* Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design teams.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations to ensure successful product development, launch, and iteration.
* Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making trade‑offs based on business value, technical feasibility, and time constraints.
* Track, analyze, and report on key product metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product development.
Skills and Experience
* 5–7 years of product management experience.
* Proven experience building and scaling tools for internal users and customers in a fast‑paced tech environment.
* Experience working with complex enterprise systems and data integration, particularly B2B SaaS solutions.
* Strong understanding of operational workflows and the ability to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
* Clear and concise communication of complex ideas both verbally and in writing.
* Experience collaborating in high‑growth SaaS startups or similar global tech companies.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
