We are now seeking a motivated **Receptionist & Administrative Assistant** to join our friendly team and play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly.
**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
As our Receptionist & Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, while also ensuring day-to-day administration runs efficiently. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills. You'll be working closely with our management team to support business operations, streamline office processes, and keep everything on track.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Reception Duties**
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact.
**Administrative Support**
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Maintain filing systems and company records.
- Assist with travel bookings, appointments, and calendars.
**Office Organisation**
- Oversee office supplies and ensure resources are stocked.
- Support onboarding of new staff and coordinate team activities.
- Assist with general office upkeep to ensure a professional environment.
**Documentation & Reporting**
- Draft and format documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain accurate databases and records.
- Provide admin support for compliance and internal projects.
**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Previous experience in a reception or administration role preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
