Description The Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Provide strategic financial analysis to support business decision-making. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management. Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and efficiency. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Support business growth initiatives through financial modelling and analysis. Profile A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or CA. Sector experience is ideal but not mandatory Prior experience managing a team Excellent stakeholder management skills Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills to present financial insights effectively.
