About the role
We have an opportunity for an experienced ICT leader to join our team as a Service Delivery Team Leader.
The role will be a member of the Service Delivery team and will be responsible for managing a team of skilled professionals in providing high-quality technical support and customer service and working with other ICT teams to develop our capabilities.
You will be supported with induction, training, and experienced peers to succeed in the role.
About you
As our successful candidate, you will have previous experience in a client support leadership role in a large complex organisation, the ability to deal with issues effectively under pressure and an ability to focus on the needs of the customer to deliver quality service outcomes.
Requirements
Eligible to drive in NSW anda willingness to travel as needed to sites within the organisation.
Degree / certification (ideally ITIL or PRINCE2) in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA).
New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (AIR Immunisation History Statement) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
Acceptable proof of COVID-19 vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement (IHS), or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate, or AIR COVID-19 and Influenza IHS.
Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
