About The Role
As a Senior Associate on the ANZ International New Verticals S&O team, you will be responsible for improving affordability across our various business lines. Your responsibilities include defining key fee and promotion strategies, launching and managing affordability experiments, analyzing data to identify trends, and working with cross-functional teams to implement strategies.
You will drive local experimentation to improve order and item affordability, analyze pricing impacts on conversion and retention, recommend fee optimizations, and assist in rolling out new product features to make ordering more affordable. Regular data analysis to monitor trends and root cause issues will be essential, along with collaboration across teams such as account management, product, engineering, finance, analytics, and operations.
You will report to the ANZ New Verticals General Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement optimal pricing and fee strategies for the business
Manage tracking dashboards and weekly metrics to improve affordability and execution
Build models using Excel and SQL to evaluate costs and benefits of programs and experiments
Design operational experiments to create measurable outcomes
Contribute to launching new products and scaling innovative solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams to build and scale the business
Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience in a highly analytical, cross-functional environment (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, etc.)
Self-starter with a bias for action, thriving in fast-paced, changing environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate high-level goals into actionable plans
Data-driven decision-making skills; proficient with data analysis tools
Ownership mindset, seeking continuous improvement
Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change, entrepreneurial spirit
