Overview
BendigoSalary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum + super
Location: Bendigo, VIC
The Client, a registered NDIS health provider, offers a diverse array of community-based, allied health services to individuals of all ages and abilities. The role requires the provision of evidence-based services through multiple delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals can originate via the NDIS, Medicare, or private sources. This is a mobile role, offering the flexibility to work from home or the company\'s hubs when not conducting client appointments.
Key Responsibilities
* Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities.
* Working within the NDIS framework to maximize clients\' level of function, capacity, and social engagement.
* Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields).
* Completing timely documentation and report writing.
* Managing a varied caseload.
* Meeting company professional expectations (e.g., meeting billables and effective client management).
* Attending meetings, supervision, and personal development sessions (as required).
* Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources.
* Working across leading software platforms and online tools.

Essential Requirements
* Relevant Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
* Discipline-specific professional registration (i.e., AHPRA).
* Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption).
* Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas).
* Driver\'s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
* Car insurance.
