As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our critical functions while gaining exposure to various operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and department heads to provide support in areas such as bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing AP/AR/BAS aspects of the main business unit, including weekly payroll
* Developing and maintaining business processes for key systems, including POS, inventory control and management, AR/AP/Payroll, and compliance under NHVR Mass Management guidelines
* Maintaining and improving upon key reporting functions for senior management
We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience with accounting software is desirable, but not essential. If you are a team player with a hands-on approach and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.
