Role: Lead Consultant
Location: Sydney
Salary: AUD 117,385– 134,148 (Annual Gross). Note: The salary range is indicative and may be subject to enhancements based on internal processes. Flexible working arrangements (hybrid, reviewed case-by-case basis).
Responsibilities
* Expertise in Selenium Web-based automation and TestNG Framework.
* Able to manage deliverables independently.
* Domain expertise in Core Banking Systems and Regulatory Systems.
* Excellent expertise in Agile concepts and methodologies.
* Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, etc.
Qualifications
Essential
* Tertiary qualification in IT / Computer Science or related discipline.
* End-to-end test management skills with excellent stakeholder management.
* Strong mortgage knowledge.
* Good technical skills and expertise in one automation tool.
* Track offshore delivery of multiple teams.
Preferred
* End-to-end test management skills.
* Extremely strong business communications and client coordination.
* Strong domain knowledge in Mortgage and related functionalities.
Additional Skills
* Excellent customer interfacing skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
