Synergy Creative is a boutique advertising and design studio located in Northcote.
We are on the look-out for a talented Junior to Mid weight Graphic Designer to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year full time Agency or Design Studio experience and a fantastic folio of work.You will work collaboratively on-site with our team of 2 other Designers and Creative Director.
You will work on a diverse mix of clients and brands from household names to SME's and a demanding workload covering packaging, advertising, branding, web design, sales promotions, brochures, and POS design.
You will be involved in all areas of the design process from concept development through to production and roll-out of packaging and promotional campaigns.
The successful candidate will have:- Strong Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills- Experience in After Effects or similar animation- Figma and or Wordpress/Wix/Webflow experience is a bonus- Ability to work independently and within a team- Ability to design for digital, web & print- Initiative to learn and apply new skills & share knowledge with team- Incredible attention to detail- Ability to conceptualise ideas- Time management skills- Sales promotion experience preferred- Passion for design and eagerness to learn- Basic knowledge of After Effects or similar animation software is required
