Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience in providing library document delivery and resource-sharing services.
- Proficiency in document delivery management systems and advanced management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and service key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Australian citizenship is required.
