Toowoomba based not for profit have an opportunity for an Administration Officer.
If you have experience in the following then this could be the role for you:
* General administration skills
* Previous rostering experience an advantage
* Answering and directing of incoming calls, with excellent phone and email etiquette
* Heightened attention to detail and accuracy
* Data entry
* Strong time management, communication and organisational skills
* Ability to maintain consumer confidentiality
* Experience in an administrative role within a Health Care or Aged Care organisation an advantage.
* A reliable and trustworthy TEAM player
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn quickly and operate new software
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* National Police Clearance / NDIS worker screening
* Proof of Covid -19 Vaccination.
This position may suit school hours, Monday to Friday.
