Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
You will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth. Your expertise in selling Spec Homes and your ability to build relationships with developers will be key to achieving our sales targets.
In addition to your sales skills, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
* Drivers license (for traveling between sites if needed)
* Ideally a White Card (but this can be done in 1 day)
* Ability to work Saturdays & Sundays (1 Sunday off a month)
