About The Role:>
As a Personal Care Worker you will support clients across the Northern Rivers by delivering personalised person centred care. You will travel between clients homes and assist with day to day activities that promote independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Personal Care:Showering, dressing, grooming and medication support.
* Domestic Support:Light cleaning, meal prep and laundry.
* Social Support:Transport clients to medical appointments, shopping and social outings.
* Mobility support:Assist clients with walking frames, wheelchairs, hoists/lifters, slide sheets and hearing aids.
* Documentation:Observe clients wellbeing and document progress notes as required.
* Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training.
What You Requireb>
* Current Australian Federal Police Check.
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Current Australian Drivers Licence.
* Valid Australia work rights.
* Reliable, registered and comprehensive insured vehicle.
* Smartphone with Internet access.
