The National Facilities Manager will lead the delivery of high-quality facilities management across a diverse portfolio, ensuring sites are operated safely, efficiently, and within time expectations.
This role offers the opportunity to take a business development focus, identifying and implementing revenue-generating opportunities, unlocking value across the property portfolio, and driving continuous improvements.
Responsibilities include leading provision and maintenance of facilities, administering lease agreements, driving improvements in maintenance practices, and championing sustainable operations.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities management, including budgeting and cost control, and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the National Facilities Manager will need to work closely with various stakeholders, including site managers, engineers, and other teams.
