Job Role Overview
The role of an Asset Manager is critical in ensuring the success of AELEC, a unique event complex in Australia.
* Coordinate asset lifecycle planning, inspections, and maintenance through contractor oversight and capital renewals.
* Liaise with customers to meet their needs.
The Australian Equine & Livestock Events Centre (AELEC) attracts world-class events and drives regional economic growth. As an Asset Manager, you will contribute to the venue's success by:
1. Developing strategic plans for infrastructure development and project management.
2. Ensuring facilities comply with maintenance and building regulations.
3. Implementing and maintaining operating standards for safety, environment, and quality.
4. Managing assets and renewal projects.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Project/Facility Management and/or Events or similar experience.
* Infrastructure and Overlay Management experience.
* A Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* A valid Driver Licence.
* Immunisations Hepatitis, Tetanus & Q Fever (or willingness to undergo).
