We are partnering with a fast growing wholesale and eCommerce business that is investing heavily in its supply chain capability. This is a critical leadership role, sitting at the centre of operations and working closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance, efficiency and scalability.
This is an opportunity to take full ownership of an end to end supply chain function across international and domestic operations. You will be responsible for building a best in class operation that supports growth, improves cost efficiency and enhances customer experience.
The Opportunity
This role will see you leading procurement, inventory planning, international freight and domestic logistics, while working closely with Finance, Marketing, Product and Wholesale teams to align supply with demand and business strategy.
You will play a key role in shaping the future of the supply chain, driving continuous improvement and ensuring operational excellence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end to end supply chain and logistics operations across global and domestic networks
* Own procurement strategy and supplier relationships to ensure alignment with demand forecasts
* Drive inventory planning and demand vs supply analysis to optimise stock and availability
* Oversee international freight, customs clearance and inbound logistics performance
* Manage 3PL partners and domestic fulfilment to ensure SLA delivery and customer satisfaction
* Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost
* Partner cross functionally to support trading activity, product launches and promotional campaigns
About You
* Proven experience in a senior supply chain leadership role within retail or eCommerce
* Strong understanding of international logistics, import/export and 3PL management
* Commercially astute with the ability to balance cost, service and operational efficiency
* Data driven with strong analytical capability and a focus on continuous improvement
* Experience working with ERP systems and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or similar
* Confident communicator, able to influence across all levels of the business
