As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a vital role supporting our Recruitment Consultants to place Specialist Doctors into critical Locum roles in Hospitals across Australia, helping communities to receive essential medical care. You'll take ownership of a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, from managing travel bookings and credentialing documents to maintaining compliance records and databases. Every day, you'll communicate with recruiters, doctors, and clients to make sure everything runs seamlessly.
You'll also collaborate closely with your fellow Recruitment Coordinators, stepping in to provide support and leave cover when needed, helping the wider team deliver consistently excellent service.
