Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with department staff and Teacher Aides on a daily basis
* Manage office supplies and maintain accurate records of inventory and expenditure
* Support word processing, excel spreadsheets, and organisation of teachers
* Promote and contribute to the direction of the department
Requirements:
* Collaborative team player with strong relationships and rapport with diverse people
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong computer skills and ability to work independently
* Experience in administration highly regarded
