This role requires you to interpret and sell parts to customers, source parts for the service team, and undertake stock take, administration, and other duties. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate identification of vehicle models, developing an understanding of parts inventory, and processing payments.
About You:
You will be successful if you possess knowledge of agricultural and/or truck parts, excellent communication skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction. A forklift license and automotive sales qualification are desirable, as is experience with Case, New Holland, Kenworth, or DAF parts.
