About the Role We’re seeking a driven
Senior Account Manager
to join our growing team in Perth. This role will oversee client relationships, workforce planning, and end-to-end recruitment across multiple projects and industries. You’ll manage key accounts, mentor junior recruiters, and play a key role in scaling our labour hire division.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow client portfolios through strong relationship management and proactive communication.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment including advertising, screening, onboarding, and mobilisation.
Maintain a high-performing talent pool to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Drive revenue growth through repeat business and new client acquisition.
Mentor and support recruitment consultants and admin staff.
Ensure compliance with Fair Work, WHS, and client mobilisation requirements.
Manage weekly rostering, timesheets, and payroll coordination for field employees.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar Account Manager or Senior Recruitment Consultant role.
Proven track record in workforce planning, labour hire, or construction recruitment.
Strong client relationship skills with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using JobAdder or similar recruitment software.
A proactive, hands‑on approach and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
