Known for delivering exceptional cellar door experiences, quality dining, and memorable events, the venue operates seven days a week and continues to attract both local and interstate visitors. The Role
The Venue Manager will oversee all aspects of venue operations, ensuring smooth daily service, strong team engagement, and outstanding customer experiences. The successful candidate will bring energy, organisation, and a genuine passion for hospitality, with a hands-on style that leads from the front.
Key Responsibilities Include
Managing operations across the cellar door, restaurant, tours, and events
Overseeing rostering, stock control, ordering, and budget management
Leading, mentoring, and motivating a diverse FOH and cellar door team
Supporting venue marketing by contributing photos and content to social media
Upholding safety, compliance, and the venue's brand standards
Skills & Experience
Demonstrated experience managing a multi-faceted hospitality venue
Strong wine knowledge or the enthusiasm and ability to develop it quickly
High energy, strong presence, and a hands-on leadership style
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency with POS systems, booking platforms, and venue management apps
