You will be responsible for coordinating trades, overseeing site operations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end‐to‐end insurance repair projects
* Coordinate and supervise trades and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with scope, programme, and safety requirements
* Maintain strong communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
* Deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in insurance
* Strong trade coordination and scheduling skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Solid understanding of building codes and safety requirements
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
