Quinn Allan is partnering with a growing, operationally complex organisation within the manufacturing and supply chain sector, with a strong footprint across Australia. As they continue to invest in building best‐class finance capabilities, they are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling their financial planning and analysis function.

About the Role
Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, this role will be instrumental in developing and embedding FP&A frameworks, tools, and processes across the business.
You will operate as a true business partner to Operations, Sales, and Procurement — delivering meaningful financial insights, supporting strategic decision‐making, and helping drive performance across a multi‐site environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and integrated financial modelling (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
* Deliver commercial insights through financial and operational analysis, including profitability and cost drivers
* Partner with stakeholders across the business to support decision‐making and drive performance
* Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to improve visibility
* Provide variance analysis and clear, actionable performance reporting to leadership
* Drive process improvement, automation, and the uplift of FP&A frameworks and capabilities
About You
* Prior experience in FP&A, financial modelling, and business partnering
* Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or a multi‐site environment highly regarded
* Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to Power BI or similar tools
* Strong analytical capability with experience working with large datasets
* Proactive, curious, and motivated to build and improve processes
