We are a small but thriving Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering high-quality training in Queensland's construction industry. As we grow, we're seeking committed, knowledgeable professionals to join our tight-knit team in the roles of RTO Manager and Trainers.

1. RTO Manager – Full Time
As our RTO Manager, you'll oversee all training operations and lead a small, dedicated team. Your in-depth knowledge of CSQ funding (Construction Skills Queensland) and RTO compliance standards will ensure the continued success and integrity of our programs.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage day-to-day RTO operations with a strong focus on compliance
 * Administer and report on CSQ funding programs
 * Maintain adherence to Standards for RTOs 2015 & 2025
 * Lead, mentor, and support training and administrative staff
 * Prepare for audits and liaise with regulators and funding bodies
 * Identify opportunities for system and practice improvements
 * Support growth within the business
What You Bring
 * Proven experience in an RTO leadership role
 * Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and CSQ funding
 * Sound understanding of the Standards for RTOs (2015 & 2025)
 * Excellent team management and leadership skills
 * High level of reliability, accountability, and attention to detail
 * A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on quality outcomes
2. Trainers – Full Time, Contract, Part Time
We are also seeking experienced Trainers & Assessors to deliver a range of construction and safety-related units, including short courses in:
 * High Risk Work Licensing
 * RII Competency Units
 * TLILIC Units
You Will Need
 * Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
 * Relevant industry experience and vocational competencies
 * Familiarity with CSQ-funded delivery (highly desirable)
 * A strong commitment to compliance and quality delivery
 * A reliable, collaborative approach to work and communication
