We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team. As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our equipment and carrying out mechanical maintenance to keep our production running smoothly.
* Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections to maximise equipment lifespan
* Respond promptly to breakdowns and troubleshoot effectively to minimise downtime
* Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance procedures and processes
* Collaborate with production teams to meet targets and resolve issues efficiently
* Ensure safe work practices, complete risk assessments, and report hazards
About You:
* Trade-qualified fitter with experience in FMCG, food, beverage, pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to quality standards
* Adaptable team player with a problem-solving mindset
