Desktop Support Officer

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage various tasks, from simple to complex plans.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide timely and accurate assistance to end-users within the desktop computing environment to ensure optimal service delivery.
* Install hardware and software (familiarity with deployment tools like SCCM)
* Basic understanding of SOE and group policies
* Printer support
* Good knowledge of MS Office tools, installation
