We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the development of SANY’s telehandler (telescopic handler) business across Eastern Australia. This position focuses on building a solid distribution network and acquiring key clients in the construction and rental sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage local dealers or channel partners, ensuring product and service capability.
- Identify and engage major clients in the construction and industrial sectors.
- Lead the full sales process, including customer engagement, technical discussions, quotation, contract negotiation, and delivery coordination.
- Track and follow up on payment milestones and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Work with after-sales and technical teams to coordinate support and problem resolution.
- Collect customer and market feedback to support product optimization and localization in collaboration with the R&D; team.
- Monitor regional sales performance and provide periodic reports to management.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction equipment or relevant industries.
- Familiarity with telehandlers or similar machinery is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to develop and manage business relationships with dealers and key accounts.
- Willingness to travel frequently across NSW, VIC, and QLD.
- Mandarin is a plus for communication with head office.
The base pay range for this position is $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr.
