Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily retail store operations
* Develop strategies to maximise sales, increase revenue, and achieve targets
* Set retail prices, plan promotional events, marketing campaigns, and special offers to attract customers
* Hire, train, and supervise sales and customer service staff, conduct performance evaluations
* Cultivate strong relationships with customers, oversee customer service functions
* Create an appealing store layout, ensure a safe working environment
* Oversee financial management, including tracking expenses and controlling costs
* Develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiate favourable terms
* Research industry trends, customer demands, and drive product development
* Interact with customers, promote products and services
* Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials
* Monitor and evaluate retail store performance
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
* Proven leadership and management skills, ability to motivate staff
