As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement innovative menus that highlight local ingredients and seasonal offerings.
- Manage and train a team of staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work setting.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws.
- Create and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Plan and execute special events, promotions, and themed nights to enhance guest experiences.
- Build strong relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bar and Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for food and beverage, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
