**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work directly with the head of the department and the department's leadership team regarding Learning and development objectives.
- Ensure that there are adequate training plans, and courses are created and implemented for all roles within the respective department in conjunction with the head of the department.
- Facilitate the onboarding program for all Colleagues
- Conduct Train the Trainer for departmental trainers
- Plan, organise and arrange for at minimum 4 hours of training per Colleague per month to be undertaken. This should be a combination of On-the-job training, online training, Short courses and Classroom learning.
- In conjunction with Human Resources, ensure that online training for Colleagues is completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all new Colleagues are issued with and complete their first-month induction plan.
- Submit the monthly training plan and training outlines to the Human Resources Manager and Head of Department 1 week before the month in question begin, at the latest.
- Creation of training plans in conjunction with the head of department.
- Complete assessments of training needs within the department in conjunction with the head of department.
- Be responsible for all administrative learning tasks related to the department's training programs.
**Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements**
- Learning administration experience is required
- Microsoft office and Outlook knowledge
- Exceptional facilitation skills
- Strong experience or demonstrated skills in coordinating a range of tasks and stakeholders and managing priorities
- Experience in the Hospitality Industry is highly desirable
- Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation
- Fluency in English is essential, any additional languages will be highly regarded, but not essential.
