**TEN Recruitment **have just registered a new role which will see you deliver projects based in Perth. We have been asked by one of our loyal clients to source a
**Horizontal Directional Drilling Supervisor**. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic contractor who and a leading reputation within the Perth infrastructure market.
**Your responsibilities may include**:
- Ensure timely delivery of project, as per its schedule, budget and contractual requirements.
- Monitor site crew and activities to ensure they are being performed in accordance with the HSEQ requirements.
- Assist with the development and establishment of the project schedule.
- Drive team performance and be the focal point for any technical enquiries.
- Lead work onsite to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of resources in accordance with operational procedures.
- Promote and foster a positive and safe culture on site.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Forecast project works and resource requirements.
- 2+ years' experience as a Horizontal Directional Drilling Supervisor ideally on Perth based projects.
- Exceptional team leadership and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to coach/mentor other junior staff, plant operators and labourers.
- An ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a high pressure, fast paced work environment.
- A commitment to developing and maintaining a culture of safety and health above all else.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all relevant statutory regulation and procedures.
This is a permanent position that comes with a competitive base salary $130 - $150k plus super and a fully expensed company vehicle.
