About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven professional to join our team as an Fleet Operations Administrator. This part-time role will provide administrative support to our busy workshop operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet administration and possess excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also essential for this position.
Responsibilities include managing insurance claims, liaising with third parties, maintaining fuel and registration records, data entry, producing operational reports using software systems inputting incident reports ensuring accurate system updates coordinating bus permits tracking repairs compiling kilometre reports completing daily fuel entries processing workshop-related invoices.
