Role Summary
The Change Analyst will play a key role in delivering change and training support for a new Integrated Timesheets (Time & Attendance) system implementation. Joining the project close to go-live, the role will support a large-scale, staged rollout by coordinating training activities, developing learning content, and tracking change adoption across a diverse user base.

Key Responsibilities
* Support change readiness activities, including engagement with local champion networks
* Coordinate and manage large-scale training schedules for user drop-in sessions using hybrid delivery models
* Support development of training content for eLearning modules and facilitated sessions
* Assist with delivery of user training sessions, both in-person and via Microsoft Teams
* Contribute to training and on-the-job hypercare materials, including user guides and self-service content
* Track and report on training completion, evaluation surveys, and change adoption metrics
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience coordinating and scheduling large-scale project training programs using hybrid (online and in-person) delivery tools with participant self-registration
* Experience supporting medium to large-scale training programs within systems implementations
* Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple training activities concurrently
* Experience developing and supporting training content for diverse user groups
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Highly Desirable
* Experience with eLearning tools such as Camtasia and/or Articulate
* Experience working on HR-related systems or projects (e.g. timesheets, payroll, rostering)
* Experience within a higher education or similar large, complex organisation
