Our client is a leader in the RV industry, providing sales, service, and parts to their customers. They have a strong brand, engaged leadership, and a supportive culture. They are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee their service operations team in this newly created role.
We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated experience and achievements in the automotive or related service sectors, who loves leading their team to success. You should have proven abilities to oversee service operations, ensure the service department runs at optimum capacity, and build & implement process improvements and change, while bringing your team along on the journey.
This role offers the opportunity to leverage your leadership qualities and passion for customer service, make this role your own, and develop further within the business. The working hours are Monday – Friday, 7.30am – 4pm. A solid salary package will be negotiated based on experience and achievements.
