As a community-focused and business-savvy leader, you will showcase your leadership and growth skills in this role.


Main Responsibilities:

* Lead the effective development of branch operations to achieve set objectives.
* Provide high-standard professional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Manage medium to large teams and develop their skills to deliver exceptional results.
* Engage with local communities and contribute to their growth.

This is a full-time position requiring a 38 hour work week, with flexibility to work outside of these hours if needed.


Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

* Demonstrated business development skills.
* Leadership experience and skills.
* Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation, time management, and conflict resolution.
* Familiarity with financial services industry and mortgage lending (desired).
