The Opportunity
As our new Install Coordinator, you’ll play a mission-critical role in driving operational excellence across our Plumbing installations. You’ll plan, coordinate, and manage the workflow from quote to completion, ensuring our technicians hit the ground running and our customers stay informed and impressed.
This isn’t just admin. It’s high-stakes coordination with a customer-first lens. You’ll balance speed with precision, efficiency with service, and take ownership like it’s your own business.

🔧 What You’ll Lead & Own
🔹Plan, coordinate and dispatch all quoted Plumbing install jobs with accuracy and urgency.
🔹Vet each project for delivery readiness — including permits, materials, and access.
🔹Ensure technicians are fully prepared with first bookings, scope clarity and support.
🔹Manage all customer communications — timelines, bookings, confirmations and variations.
🔹Drive admin compliance — JSAs, inductions, payment tracking and documentation.
🔹Track job progress, manage invoicing milestones and resolve issues in real time.
🔹Contribute to daily WIPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
🔹Collaborate with the CSR and operational teams to enhance capacity and output.
🧠 About You
You’re a sharp, capable professional who thrives when everything’s in motion — and you’re the one keeping it together.
✔ Experience in high level administation - Possibly with a background in scheduling, coordination or or logistics
✔ Calm under pressure, with a solutions-focused mindset and critical thinking
✔ Confident communicator with clients, tradies and senior stakeholders
✔ Knows your way around Microsoft Office, job management software and compliance systems
✔ You get energy from problem-solving, leading from the front and driving team outcomes
✔ Holds a National Police Clearance and is available Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
