Nathan delivers works for Energy, Bridge and Roads, Dams, Water and Mining infrastructure projects with a focus on concrete section of Projects. We work anywhere from northern QLD to Victoria.
The Position
As a Site Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of civil and infrastructure projects across Queensland and regional Australia. Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with Project Engineers and Site Supervisors, you'll provide onsite technical support and help drive efficient project delivery. This role will require regular travel to site locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, earthworks, and temporary works.
* Provide engineering support including design reviews, development of work procedures, Safe Work Method Statements (SMWS), safety documentation and quality documentation.
* Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.
* Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical and operational challenges.
* Drive continuous improvement, innovation and efficiency across all project phases.
* Carry out quantity measurement and progress tracking to support cost control and reporting.
What You'll Bring:
* Degree in Civil Engineering with 2-3 years' experience.
* Experience in the civil construction industry, preferably in detailed concrete and civil works.
* Ability to read and understand technical and non-technical documentation.
* Contract Administration experience.
