Our graduate program is designed to help you grow and develop as a future leader in the food industry. You will be part of a two-year program that combines hands-on learning with meaningful work, providing you with the opportunity to make an impact from day one.
About the Program
You will play a key role in helping us deliver delicious, sustainable, and healthy food solutions to our customers. This involves working closely with farmers, processors, and retail packers to ensure the quality and consistency of our products.
In your second year, you will complete the Innovation Project, where you will work with a team to solve a genuine business challenge with an innovative solution. This project gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and creativity, and could even see your idea presented to our Executive Leadership Team.
We believe in supporting our graduates every step of the way. You will receive a tailored development program, functional rotations, and a tight-knit support network to help you grow and develop in your role.
As a graduate in our agribusiness stream, you will gain a deep understanding of the Australian meat supply chain. You will work with farmers, processors, and retail packers to deliver exceptional livestock products, and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of these products.
Recent brands you may have seen on our shelves include Coles Finest Certified Carbon Neutral Beef and Pork, grass fed Graze Beef and Lamb. Seeing your products from paddock to plate is a unique experience that provides immediate responsibility and opportunities to make a difference.
Future leaders bring courage to the table, and we are looking for individuals who share this quality. If you are passionate about making a difference in the food industry, and are eager to learn and grow, then our graduate program may be the perfect opportunity for you.
