You will be responsible for patient treatment, management, assessment and ongoing reviews. As well as, crisis assessment, development of risk management plans and engaging the patient in the development of their mental health recovery plans including referrals to other service needs, discharge planning and liaison with external stake holdersClassifications for the RPN position will range from **NP81 - NP74** ($51.08 - $56.73 per hour + 25% casual loading).**Your Contribution**You are a motivated, engaging, and compassionate person who is looking to make a difference in the lives of those who are vulnerable. Port Phillip Prison is situated 20 km West of Melbourne. St. John's inpatient unit is a 20 bed subacute medical ward providing a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
