The Role
* Support youth and mental health clients in residential and community settings
* Behavioural support including BOC (Behaviour of Concern) management
* Shifts available: AM / PM / Night / Sleepover
* Preference for female workers due to client-specific needs
Requirements
* Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, or Mental Health
* Demonstrated strong BOC experience
* Mandatory Documents:
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* National Police Check (within 12 months)
* First Aid & CPR (current)
* COVID-19 vaccination record
* Driver's licence & own transport (preferred)
