About The Role
This role will support the Programs & Major Maintenance Lead in the ongoing development and planning of scaffolding access, insulation removal, repair and replacement, coatings, and fireproofing activities.
Responsibilities
1. Review CMMS daily for approved notifications, creating work orders
2. Conduct site inspections to provide a detailed scope of work
3. Populate the work order & workpack with tasks, discipline hours, materials, specialist vendor requirements, PMRs and other services required to execute the work
4. Maintain integrity of the CMMS
5. Plan and schedule preventative workorders, ensuring statutory testing and compliance is maintained
6. Reserve all stock materials, identify part numbers and all information required for the purchase of non-stock items
7. Attend/Chair the Weekly Planning & Scheduling meetings
8. Liaise with Area Planners, identifying SIMOPS opportunities during the development of the Turnaround, 90 Day, 28 Day, Maintenance & Alliance weekly schedule
9. Take feedback on the work at the completion of the job and continually improve information for future work - create job specific tasklists, update critical BOMs
10. Participate in the development & control of the R&M Area Budgets
11. Demonstrate a pro-active role in identifying safety improvements
12. Provide pro‐active, constructive and innovative input which will enhance present practices
Requirements & Experience Needed
13. Degree or diploma in Engineering or Mechanical trade qualification
14. Demonstrated experience within a similar industry or related industry workplace
15. SAP CMMS knowledge and demonstrated experience essential
16. Primavera (P6) experience is highly desirable
17. Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
