The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support, guidance and advice on all HR related practices across the organisation. You will be expected to perform a variety of duties including:
* Talent management;
* People development and engagement activities; and
* Coaching and Training.
This role is well suited to a person with the following skills and attributes:
* A qualification in relevant discipline such as Human Resources or progression towards completion of a qualification;
* Relevant experience in a HR Officer, Coordinator or Advisor role;
* Willingness to learn and develop your skills and abilities;
* Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to deal with a diverse, and often competing range of expectations and Community needs; and
* Knowledge of Human Resources legislation and regulatory requirements.
