Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact in the Branch, providing exceptional customer service to our customer network.
- Identify and support customers to explore their current and future financial needs.
- Undertake transaction activities for customers.
- Educate customers on using digital banking solutions and conduct needs-based conversations to generate opportunities in personal banking and lending.
About You
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.

- Team player with a proactive attitude and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Previous banking experience is not a prerequisite.
