About the Role
Saddler's Creek Wines is entering a new phase of growth.
We are evolving from a traditional cellar door into a multi‐experience destination across wine, food and events -- with the launch of Mangia at Saddler's, The Chef's Pantry and an expanding calendar of premium wine and food experiences.
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing execution, drive demand and deliver measurable outcomes across all business channels.
This is a hands‐on, in‐house role for someone who thrives on turning strategy into action and ideas into revenue. You are the integrator and implementor – the person who takes the strategic vision and brings it to life across every channel, every platform and every deadline. You coordinate the who, the what and the when, hold yourself and others accountable and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
We are building Saddler's Creek as the Hunter Valley's premier wine, food and theatre destination. Every campaign you execute, every piece of content you create and every event you market feeds that reputation.
Your Role Across the Business
You are the driver across the business channels. Making sure marketing moves consistently and effectively from planning through to completion.
Wine Club - Club Equus
* Implement membership growth and retention strategies across the full member journey with clear revenue targets
* Build club collateral and member communications
Campaign Execution
* Implement campaign plans to meet deadlines
* Project manage to keep everything on track and on budget
Content & Platform Management
* Create and manage content across social media, tourism platforms and the website
* Contribute to social media content including on‐camera video and reels
* Manage industry and business listings
Email Marketing
* Write and distribute email communications to members and the broader database
* Own the email marketing calendar and execution
Advertising Coordination
* Coordinate paid advertising across digital and print platforms
* Liaise with photographers, designers and print suppliers to deliver assets on time and on spec
Events & Community
* Drive marketing across all events and seasonal campaigns
* Represent Saddler's Creek at networking events, tourism meetings and community gatherings
* Build and maintain relationships with key Hunter Valley tourism and hospitality partners
Mangia at Saddler's
* Coordinate marketing and communications as part of the broader winery experience
* Build brand awareness for Mangia as a destination food experience in the Hunter Valley
Reporting & Accountability
* Track KPIs and report regularly across the business
* Maintain the marketing calendar, budget and keep the whole team aligned
The Tech You'll Work With
You're competent using marketing tools and platforms. You're comfortable working alongside AI and embrace it as part of how modern marketing gets done. New systems don't scare you – they interest you.
Who You'll Work With
While you report directly to both the Business Owner and the General Manager, you will work closely with the management team across the whole business.
