About the Role
We're looking for an Account Executive to help establish and grow our presence across the ANZ market. This is a high impact role for someone who thrives in high performing environments, enjoys executing within a well defined go to market strategy, and wants to drive growth in an established region with a clear ideal customer profile and strong market reputation.
The business is approaching a Series B raise this year and brings a strong, mature product proven in a highly regulated market. This creates a significant growth opportunity as we expand nationally with clear product-market fit. You'll own the full sales cycle, work closely with BDRs, Customer Success, and Product, and play a key role in helping the Australian sales team hit overall targets.
What You'll Do
* Own and manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation through close
* Be able to run an efficient sales demonstration including the technical fit.
* Build and develop a strong pipeline
* Represent Breadcrumb in market - networking, industry events and client site meetings
* Close deals typically ranging from $5k–$30k ARR
* Engage and influence multiple stakeholders, from project teams to C-suite executives
* Collaborate closely with BDRs on outbound strategy and inbound qualification
* Partner with Customer Success and Product to ensure strong customer outcomes and expansion opportunities
* Spend time in the field meeting customers and prospects in person
* Provide feedback from the market to help shape product direction and go-to-market strategy
Who We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years of Account Executive experience
* Helpful, but not essential to have either Contech or construction industry background
* Proficiency with our key sales tools - Hubspot, Lusha, Fathom
* Experience closing deals in the $5-40K range
* Demonstrated ability to build pipeline, not just work inbound leads
* Comfortable selling to a wide range of stakeholders, from operators to executive leadership.
* Experience working closely with Customer Success and Product teams
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong curiosity and ownership mentality.
* Ability to be technical in conversations and pull in the right internal resources when needed
* Willingness to travel and conduct business in person
