Are you a finance professional who thrives on precision, purpose and delivering high-quality result? The Rural City of Wangaratta is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Officer to step into a five-month fixed-term role within our dynamic Finance team.
In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of Council's financial operations. Working closely with our Management Reporting Coordinator, you will ensure our financial records are accurate, compliant, and aligned with accounting standards, legislative requirements, and Council policies. Your expertise will directly support both statutory and internal reporting, helping us deliver transparent, reliable financial outcomes for our community.
