Looking to break into the medical device industry but don't know where to start? This is a rare opportunity to join a growing healthcare business in a commercially focused support role with a genuine pathway into a Territory Manager / Medical Device Sales Representative position.
We're looking for someone highly organised, commercially minded and confident on the phone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast‐paced environment.
This role sits closely with Key Account Managers and major corporate healthcare customers, giving you direct exposure to the inner workings of a successful medical device sales team.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting Key Account Managers with day‐to‐day sales operations
* Managing customer queries around orders, pricing, backorders, credits and product information
* Assisting with quotes, margin checks, product setup and account onboarding
* Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate data across ERP/CRM systems
* Supporting major healthcare and corporate accounts across Australia
We're looking for:
* Previous experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination or internal sales
* Someone proactive, switched on and highly organised
* Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to customers over the phone
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‐moving environment
* A genuine interest in progressing into medical device sales in the future
