As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our dental practice.
Our modern Sydney boutique practice is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
* As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing patients and facilities for dental treatment, delivering quality chairside assistance to our dentists, and maintaining infection control standards and procedures.
* You will also lead a team of Dental Assistants, assisting the Practice Manager, and work closely with our dentists to ensure seamless patient care.
* We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and patient care, has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Saturday with every Wednesday off, offering a condensed work week and excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Dental Assistants, assisting the Practice Manager
Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
Treatment coordination
Provide instrument sterilisation
Maintain infection control standards and procedures
Able to work across Monday to Saturday with every Wednesday off
Ideally 2+ years' experience working in Australiaas a Senior Dental Assistant or Clinical Coordinator
Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded
You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about customer service and patient care
Organised with attention to detail
Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
