Key Responsibilities
* Conduct urgent and routine mental health assessments to inform holistic treatment approaches.
* Develop and implement safety plans that prioritize the well-being of consumers, families, and carers.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement recovery plans that cater to individual needs.
* Deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family interventions that promote positive outcomes.
* Liaise with community services to ensure seamless support and coordination.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation to inform future practice.
Requirements
You are a compassionate and resilient mental health professional with excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as:
* Experience working with diverse populations, including those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
* A strong understanding of trauma-informed care and its application in practice.
* The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
