Our Client
Our client is in the not-for-profit sector and is located south of the river. They are seeking a talented and driven HR Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Provide organisational strategic leadership and promote a clear vision.
* Develop and implement an annual Human Resources Plan.
* Oversee recruitment and workplace health and safety procedures and protocols
* Oversee and manage industrial relations and employee relations dealing with complex cases.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships.
* Develop and monitor HR policies and programs, ensuring policies are updated and relevant.
* Adhere to vision, Code of Conduct, and Work Health and Safety Management System.
* Ensure culture aligns with its values and benchmark key business success indicators.
* Responsible for the budget to achieve objectives as set out in the organisation's strategic plan.
What you need to succeed
* Demonstrated generalist human resource management experience at a senior level
* Experience in the not-for-profit industry is desirable.
* Demonstrated experience of leading, developing and coaching people.
* Experience in a health service and/or professional corporate environment.
* Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated conflict, negotiating and influencing skills.
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of contemporary management principles and practices.
* A reliable motor vehicle and motor vehicle licence is a requirement of this position.
What they Offer:
This role is paying a salary of up to $150k + Super. They also offer salary packaging.
